Please indicate if you are a homeowner or a renter. While only homeowners can sit on the board, renters can help organize the vote. This community belongs to the people of Desert Creek, and it's up to us to stand up and demand a change in the current management of our HOA. The plan is simple. We need three homeowners, two plus myself, who will run as a block to win seats on the board in this coming up 2018 election. With the three of us voting as a block, we will change the current policy of nit-picking for FINES as an additional revenue stream for the HOA.
